Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Cinematic video, Matterport tours, and floor plans typically follow within 48 hours, depending on the package.

Light staging helps, but we also spot small adjustments on arrival — removing cords, straightening pillows, adjusting blinds. A pre-shoot checklist is included in your confirmation email.

Yes. Add-ons can be selected when you book or added later, subject to shoot-day logistics. Rush delivery is also available on most packages.

We are based in Indianapolis and serve surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service radius.

We monitor conditions and will reach out if drone work or exterior twilight shots need to be rescheduled. Interior shoots typically proceed as planned.

Payment is due when your media is delivered. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance can be moved to a new date at no charge.
