How many photos do I get?
The number of photos depends on the size and layout of the home. We cover every main room, key details and the important exterior angles, so you get a complete set for MLS and marketing rather than a fixed count.
Should the home be staged or cleaned first?
Yes — a clean, decluttered home photographs best. Before we arrive, turn on all lights, open blinds, clear countertops, hide personal items and toiletries, make the beds, and move cars out of the driveway. Our photo-shoot checklist walks through every room. View the checklist
Do you shoot occupied homes?
Yes. We regularly photograph occupied homes. We ask sellers to tidy up beforehand, put away personal photos and valuables, secure pets, and step out or stay in one area while we work so we can move through the home efficiently.
